Do you have an exchange policy?

Yes! If you need to exchange an item, please notify me immediately and return it unopened within 10 business days. Quality and freshness are my top priorities, so I cannot accept exchange requests after this period.

Can I get a refund?

I am happy to refund your purchase price if:

  • You ordered by mistake.
  • There is an issue with your order.

Note: Shipping charges (including return shipping) are non-refundable.

What if my product isn’t up to scratch?

I personally check every product for quality, but if you receive a product that is:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrectly described
  • Different from the product listing

Please contact me with proof of purchase, and I will send you a replacement.

While I take great care in packaging (including bubble wrap and secure packing), accidents can happen during shipping. I recommend inspecting your order upon arrival.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes! I personally make most of my products (except phone wallets and grounding sheets) with the help of one other skilled artisan. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please reach out to me. I am always open to feedback and will do my best to make things right.
