Yes, I am happy to take orders via email. Simply email me your order details, including the products you wish to purchase, your shipping address, and contact details at me@stevelockie.com

Yes, all prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
How are Australian orders shipped?
I aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment clearance. If there is a delay, I will notify you via phone, email, or text.
- FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 Australia-wide.

- Express Post is available for $17 if you require urgent shipping.
- All shipping methods include a tracking number.
Help! My order’s urgent!
If you need your order urgently, email me as soon as possible. While I can arrange Express Post for $17, once the package is with Australia Post or a courier, delivery speed is out of my control.
Why hasn’t my order arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact me. I will investigate and track down your parcel. Most lost or delayed parcels are located and delivered, or they return to my warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout when you Add to Cart and proceed to payment.
